Voucher Redemption Instructions

If you have a voucher to redeem, please follow the instructions here.

Each voucher entitles you to one ticket of voucher value or credit towards purchase of a higher-priced ticket to Shen Yun shows in Los Angeles area. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiration date. No replacement for a lost or stolen voucher. No cash refund.


To Redeem the vouchers online, please follow the steps below:

1. Scratch the voucher to expose the security code.

2. Go to the VOUCHER redemption page.
On the voucher redemption page:

1. Enter voucher No. into the voucher number box, for example, AB354

2. Enter the ecurity code into the security code box, for example, 123456

3. Click the Submit button

4. After validation completes, start the purchase process

5. You may redeem multiple vouchers which have the SAME VALUE together
